Piero Fornasetti had a deep love and admiration for music and theatre finding a wealth of inspiration from the Italian Commedia dell’arte. From this came the delightful Teatro. As charming today as it was then, Teatro was conceptualised in the 1950s. The scene is enthralling with intricate line work depicting elegant theatre goers. A delicate recolouring in the soft rose tones of Ballet Slipper plays towards the design’s theatrical inspiration, whilst the traditionally tasteful Racing Car Green is derived from timeless Fornasetti palettes of deep jade and emerald tones.

Teatro 114-4009 wallpaper is manufactured in 10m long x 52cms wide rolls, with a 76cms  half drop match pattern repeat and has moderate light fastness and is wipeable.   Cole & Son Decorators Tub paste is the recommended adhesive.

This wallpaper is non-woven paste the wall and are therefore easy to hang.   This wallpaper is the work of craftsmen and is worthy of maximum care and attention.   To ensure a perfect finish, walls should be prepared correctly, smooth and dry and where necessary, lined with lining paper.

Hanging instructions are included with every roll.   Please note that in the unfortunate discovery of any problem in the manufacture of this wallpaper, Cole & Son will only consider re-imbursing or replacing for 1 roll of wallpaper.
